Warranty
We’re pretty stringent with our quality control but for peace of mind, we will be offering a one year limited warranty when you register your product within 14 days of your purchase. Please register your warranty request via this online form.What is covered and what is not?
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Damage to the products as a result of negligence or careless maintenance, normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
Return
We take great care in selecting the best products for our customers that will help beautify your space with plants. We may be able to accept returns on unused and undamaged terrariums and planters in its original packaging only within 14 days of arrival.
- We only accept return/exchange/refund of item(s) purchased through potifiv.com .
- Final Sale item(s) are not eligible and can not be returned.
- Delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Request a return/exchange/refund within 14 days of arrival by contacting us at support@potifiv.com .
- Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States 48 Contiguous States.
- Potifiv will require satisfactory proof of purchase and a clear, high resolution photo must be provided to the Potifiv team supporting the claim.
- Please do not send the item(s) back to us without contacting us first.
- Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return request.
- Please note that a $15.00 return shipping and restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund.
- All Products returned must be in Resalable Condition. Resalable condition means Product that is clean, undamaged, unused, unopened and complete in the manufacturer's original packaging.
- Inspection of return products will be done by our partnering fulfillment center, Flexport, and their decision is final.
- If the condition of the return is deemed Unresalable by Flexport, it will be discarded by Flexport and there will be no refund.
- If the condition of the return is deemed Resalable by Flexport, we will refund (after deducting return shipping and restocking fees) back to your original payment method.
- If a return is required, we will advise you the carrier and the drop off location. We will create a shipping label after you provide us with the required details.
- If the order was returned due to an incorrectly entered address or the package was unclaimed, Potifiv has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.
Potifiv, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund should the request be proven invalid.
