Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw. Complete the form below, or email us at hello@potifiv.com with your full name and order number. We will confirm receipt of your request by email without delay.

Returning the goods. After telling us, send the goods back within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. Please return items in their original packaging where possible.

Your refund. We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery (we need not refund any premium delivery upgrade you chose above our standard rate), within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you supply proof you have sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to your original payment method at no charge to you.

Condition of the goods. You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. For our specimens, we may deduct from your refund for loss of value caused by, for example: soil, water, or plant material added to the item; installation or mounting; scratches or marks from use; or original packaging that is missing or destroyed. Any deduction is assessed in proportion to the actual loss of value, and we will explain it to you.
