Orders under $75 — $9.99 flat standard transit fee.
Tracking is transmitted to your registered contact address once the specimen leaves the outpost.

Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, and US Military addresses: estimated 7–15 standard days. Transit fees are calculated at checkout based on destination sector and weight.

Estimated delivery: 14–28 working days from dispatch. This does not include customs clearance time. Free worldwide transit on orders over $75 USD (approx £56 in the UK), matching the US threshold. Orders below the threshold are charged transit calculated at checkout by destination and weight.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the receiving operator. Potifiv Command ships on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis and does not collect duties or VAT at checkout — your local customs authority assesses any charges on arrival. Potifiv Command has no visibility into local duty rates; contact your customs office before ordering if you require an estimate. Shipping fees are non-refundable if a package is refused due to unpaid duties.

TRACKING & DELAYS
Tracking is transmitted to your registered contact address once dispatch initiates. Tracking systems can lag 24–48 hours after a specimen leaves the outpost — allow this window before contacting us.
Once a specimen has left the outpost, Potifiv Command is not responsible for carrier delays, losses, or damages. We will assist in investigating with the carrier but cannot issue replacements or refunds until the matter is resolved with the carrier or the item is confirmed returned.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Potifiv Command is not responsible for import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or any charges levied by local government. We do not collect duties or VAT at checkout (Delivered Duty Unpaid). These charges are the receiving operator’s responsibility and are assessed by your local customs authority on arrival. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages refused due to unpaid duties or VAT.
