Potifiv Shipping Policy

We ship Potifiv terrariums and pendant planters worldwide. US orders are fulfilled through Amazon's US fulfillment network; international orders are dispatched from our overseas warehouse.

Processing time — Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

United States — Standard delivery 3–5 business days from shipment (Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and remote areas may take longer). Free standard shipping on orders over $75; orders under $75 ship at a $9.99 flat standard rate.

International — We ship to over 55 countries across North America, Europe, the Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America. Exact availability and rates are shown at checkout for your destination. Estimated delivery 7–28 business days from dispatch, excluding customs clearance time. Free shipping on international orders over $75 USD equivalent (eg. UK: free over £56); orders below the threshold are charged shipping at checkout in your local currency.

Import duties & taxes — International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other taxes and customs fees assessed by your local authorities upon delivery. These charges are not collected by Potifiv and are the responsibility of the recipient. We ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Shipping fees are non-refundable if a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.

Tracking — Tracking is provided in your shipping confirmation email; please allow 24–48 hours for it to activate.

Damaged in transit — If your order arrives damaged, contact support@potifiv.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. See our Refund Policy for details.

Lost or stolen packages — Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Potifiv is not responsible for lost or stolen items; please file a claim with the carrier. If tracking shows a package lost in transit, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Incorrect address — Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrectly entered address; reshipping costs for return-to-sender packages are the customer's responsibility.
