Potifiv is working closely with external partners to ensure prompt delivery.
For domestic shipment within 48 contiguous US, we aim to deliver within 2-7 business days from when the order was placed. Orders $75 and over (after any discounts) ship free. All orders under $75 are subject to a $10 shipping fee
For shipping to Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Island, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, US Military, the respective shipping rates are reflected on checkout page. Delivery time is estimated to be 7-15 business days from when the order was placed.
For international shipment, currently we are shipping to Australia, Canada, Japan and 17 countries in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom) The respective shipping rates are reflected on checkout page. NOTE to International Customers:
The customer will have to settle any import duties and tariffs in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered to the customer. Customs or the carrier will contact the customer once the shipment arrives in the destination country.
We will be sending to you your shipping confirmation and tracking information once the order has been placed. However, due to COVID-19 safeguards, limited freight capacity, government restrictions and an increase in parcel volume at processing facilities, there may be shipping delays. Rest assured, your order will get to you.
During sales period we try our best to have all orders dispatched on time. Due to high demand, we apologize in advance if any delays occurs. We recommend using the tracking information when available, to make sure your order is delivered successfully.

Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched, Potifiv is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the respective postal service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.
Customs, Taxes, Duties and Fees
Potifiv is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
