Right of Withdrawal (EU / EEA Customers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods (or the last item, in the case of multiple items in one order).

Once you submit it, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. We will then contact you with instructions for returning the item and processing your refund.
