Shipping policy

We ship Potifiv terrariums and pendant planters through Amazon's fulfillment network for fast, reliable delivery.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2 business days
  • Priority shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected speed. Free standard shipping on orders over $[75].

Where we ship

We currently ship within the [contiguous United States]. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Tracking

Tracking is provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact [support@potifiv.com] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. See our [Return & Refund Policy] for details.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Potifiv is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier to file a claim. If tracking shows your package as lost in transit (not delivered), contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Incorrect address

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs.
